Overview

Cypress Energy Partners, L.P., (CEP) (together with its affiliates including Tulsa Inspection Resources, LLC and Brown Integrity, LLC, collectively “Cypress”) provides services to customers in North America in a responsible manner that protects employees, the community, our customers, and the environment. Cypress is fully committed to Environmental, Health & Safety (“EHS”) excellence. To achieve this standard of excellence, Cypress has implemented an EHS Management System (“EHSMS”) based in part on the requirements and guidelines of OSHA and the EPA, as well as various state agencies that manage program requirements. The EHSMS is designed to assist Cypress in preventing injuries and pollution and compliance with all relevant local, state and federal rules and regulations, while also applying relevant industry best practices. Further, to enhance the quality of our organization and surrounding communities, Cypress is committed to continual improvement with respect to its EHS performance, and open communication with our communities, and customers.

The CEP EHS Department is based in the Tulsa, Oklahoma corporate office with support staff located throughout the US. The department operates under the belief that Safety is defined as “A judgement of the acceptability of risk associated with a work process in a given situation.” This means that it is everyone’s job to identify risks, communicate those risks, and minimize risks in everything we do. We are driven by doing things safely and by performing tasks the right way for the right reason the first time.

CEP Environmental Health and Safety Policies, for both the US and Canada, hold a 100% compliance rating in ISNetworld for both RAVs and RAVs+. In 2016 ISNetworld recognized TIR as an “ISN Featured Contractor” due to its performance and efforts to ensure compliance. TIR is also a premier member of PEC, Avetta, Browz, and CCS data audit agencies. TIR prides itself in being an industry leader in safety performance through proactive engagement with employees and clients. Our EHS metrics demonstrate this effort by continually producing results above industry standards.

Safety training is provided by CEP/TIR directly and/or by trusted third-party entities such as JJ-Keller, the National Safety Council, and others. TIR utilizes an in-house database record keeping/tracking system for all training provided, as well as ISNetworld’s database for easy client access and confirmation of each employee’s records along with required Operator Qualification records.
